T\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o hi\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 trong h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111i\u1ec7n. Th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea c\u1ee7a C\u1ee5c \u0110i\u1ec7n l\u1ef1c & N\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o (B\u1ed9 C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng), \u0111\u1ebfn cu\u1ed1i n\u0103m 2021 t\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng su\u1ea5t \u0111i\u1ec7n gi\u00f3, \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi kho\u1ea3ng 20.670 MW, \u0111\u1ea1t g\u1ea7n 27% t\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng su\u1ea5t \u0111\u1eb7t to\u00e0n h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng. Theo t\u00ednh to\u00e1n nhu c\u1ea7u v\u1ed1n cho \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 ngu\u1ed3n, l\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i d\u1ef1 th\u1ea3o quy ho\u1ea1ch \u0111i\u1ec7n VIII l\u00e0 g\u1ea7n 14 t\u1ef7 USD m\u1ed9t n\u0103m, trong \u0111\u00f3 75% v\u1ed1n cho ngu\u1ed3n \u0111i\u1ec7n, 25% v\u1ed1n cho l\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec7n. Ngu\u1ed3n v\u1ed1n n\u00e0y ch\u01b0a t\u00ednh t\u1edbi thay \u0111\u1ed5i c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7, nhi\u00ean li\u1ec7u cho chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng. T\u1ee9c l\u00e0, l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u1ed1n c\u1ea7n huy \u0111\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ec3 h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u1edbi kinh t\u1ebf xanh, ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3m ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i v\u1ec1 0 v\u00e0o 2050 s\u1ebd r\u1ea5t l\u1edbn.<\/p>\n

V\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 chi ph\u00ed c\u0169ng l\u00e0 b\u0103n kho\u0103n c\u1ee7a Ph\u00f3 t\u1ed5ng gi\u00e1m \u0111\u1ed1c EVN Nguy\u1ec5n T\u00e0i Anh khi Vi\u1ec7t Nam chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng sang c\u00e1c d\u1ea1ng n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng m\u1edbi h\u01a1n nh\u01b0 biomass, amoniac hay hydrogen trong t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai. Theo \u00f4ng, c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 nh\u01b0 tr\u00ean chi ph\u00ed v\u1eabn r\u1ea5t cao, ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ea5p nh\u1eadn th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n
