Trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c c\u00e1c b\u00ean g\u1eb7p nhi\u1ec1u kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n do thi\u1ebfu lo\u1ea1t h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn t\u1eeb B\u1ed9 C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ec1 th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng mua b\u00e1n \u0111i\u1ec7n (PPA) v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh gi\u00e1 \u0111i\u1ec7n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal\">Hi\u1ec7n, Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 01\/2023 \u0111\u00e3 b\u1ecf th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng PPA 20 n\u0103m v\u1edbi nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi nh\u01b0ng gi\u1eef th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n n\u00e0y v\u1edbi nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y \u0111i\u1ec7n gi\u00f3.
