L\u1ed9c Ninh 3 d\u00f9ng Gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ec1 ngh\u1ecb v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn ng\u00e0y v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i (COD) l\u00e0 26\/12\/2020.<\/p>\n

C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y \u0111i\u1ec7n m\u1eb7t tr\u1eddi c\u00f3 COD tr\u01b0\u1edbc ng\u00e0y 31\/12\/2020, \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n, s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c EVN mua \u0111i\u1ec7n v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i. L\u1ed9c Ninh 3 \u0111\u00e3 k\u1ecbp \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn COD ch\u1ec9 5 ng\u00e0y tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi “gi\u00e1 \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i” n\u00e0y h\u1ebft h\u1ea1n.<\/p>\n

Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh, m\u1ed7i s\u1ed1 \u0111i\u1ec7n (kw\/h) c\u1ee7a L\u1ed9c Ninh 3 ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e9p b\u00e1n cho EVN v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 kh\u00f4ng qu\u00e1 1.184,90 \u0111\u1ed3ng. Do sai ph\u1ea1m c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c b\u1ecb can, L\u1ed9c Ninh 3 \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c EVN mua v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 1.644 \u0111\u1ed3ng, cao h\u01a1n 459,1 \u0111\u1ed3ng, t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng 27,92%.<\/p>\n

VKS x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh, th\u00e1ng 12\/2020-11\/2022, T\u1ed5ng c\u00f4ng ty Mua b\u00e1n \u0111i\u1ec7n EVN \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1ea3 g\u1ea7n 750 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ec3 mua \u0111i\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a L\u1ed9c Ninh 3. Thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh l\u00e0 27,92% c\u1ee7a s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n n\u00e0y, t\u1ee9c h\u01a1n 209 t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng.<\/p>\n
